Use this subitizing resource over and over again; flip cards (flashcards) and a cut and paste worksheet activity! Subitizing is the ability to instantly recognize a how many objects are present.

Included in this pack are two sets of Subitizing Cards (pages 3 to 8 are two to a page, pages 9 to 11 are four to a page). Print out, laminate and have these cards handy to use whenever you have a free 5 minutes.
Flip through the cards quickly, with children calling out the number of dots the children are holding. Occasionally ask “how many dots are missing” to see if children make the link between Friends of Ten. Please see my video to see how I would use the cards in my classroom at my blog post
Pages 12 to 14 is an adorable cut and paste activity for children to make a Friends of Ten booklet using this cute clipart. Each child will need a copy of each page. Instructions are included on page 12.
