These Subject Pronouns Differentiated Task Cards with QR Codes are appropriate for 6th grade, but could be used as low as 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade depending on the academic levels of students. Tasks include subject pronoun identification practice for below, on, and above level learners, making the curriculum both accessible and challenging for all. Below level cards include multiple choice items, on level cards include more rigorous practice without the support of answer choices, and above level learners may be challenged by completing the on level cards in addition to the option to create their own subject pronoun task card. Cutting out below level and on level task cards and gluing them back to back for students allows them to take control of their own learning and choose their own level of rigor. Copying the above level “create your own” task cards onto the back of the student recording sheet gives students the opportunity to create at any level. This differentiated set is excellent for use in a learning station, could be played as a SCOOT! game, or might be used as a practice task after direct or small group instruction.
