French Subjunctive TPR Story
by Angie Torre
This 42-slide TPR Story uses the French subjunctive in context as it tells an engaging story about a girl who finally gets to go out with her dream boy. However, she faces some obstacles that may dash her hopes.

The subjunctive is repeated in the following activities:
~The TPR Story
~A True/False Quiz/Competition
~An activity in which students complete the sentences in French using the expressions, “Je veux, je voudrais, j’aimerais, ils exigent, il recommande, je suggère, je tiens a ce que,” and, “Il faut que…”
This French Subjunctive TPR Story PowerPoint also has audio so the dialogue and pronunciation can be heard. You may need Audacity to hear it. Audacity is software that can be downloaded FREE from the internet. If you wish to turn off the sound, just click on the speaker icon and delete. I had to take the audio off of all but two slides on the sample because it made the file too large.
