Have you been a substitute teacher and wanted to get feedback from your job performance but didn't have anything to leave? Well, when I was substituting, I wanted some feedback as to my job performance and give the teacher reason to ask me back. I created this simple but effective postcard system to leave the teacher after you've substituted for them.
You will need to fill out your own information on the postcard of course. And don't forget to put a postcard stamp before you leave it for your teacher or principal.
I measured the two documents and have used them in the past without complications. However, you will notice that the address part of the postcard looks slightly off from the survey side. When you print out the sides front to back, you will NOT be cutting exactly on the line.
