Substitute Teacher Form

I have created this substitute teacher form for subs, and for teachers to leave for their subs to use. This product is an effective tool for substitute teachers. My favorite part of this product is the rockstar student box. I use this as my classroom management tool when subbing. Telling students about this box at the beginning of the day and explaining how they can be a rockstar today and make it into this box is my ultimate greatest tip for this tool I created. Just print off these slides front and back and you have an awesome tool to help manage, and show how responsible you are as a substitute teacher.
