This is a double-sided worksheet with 23 questions covering Subtracting Polynomials and finding the perimeter and area of polygons.
The first 9 questions ask the student to subtract two polynomials, write their answer in standard form and state the leading coefficient of their answer. On questions 10 through 18, the student is asked to distribute a negative first, then combine like terms to simplify the expression.
On questions 19 through 21, the student is given a polygon with side measurements written as polynomials and asked to find the perimeter and area of each (only multiplying a monomial by a polynomial is required). On questions 22 and 23, the student is given the side measurements as polynomials of a rectangle and asked to find the perimeter and area. Key Included.
