Here's a flip game to help your students practice their single digit subtraction facts as they play. Great for a class activity, indoor recess, or a sponge activity, it gives students the practice they need to learn their facts while playing a game. With a practice problem on one side of a card, and part of a funny picture on the other, students match their answers to an answer sheet, placing their card upside-down to reveal part of the picture. When all the answers are correct, the picture is intact. A scrambled picture tells students to go back over the problems they got wrong, so it's self-correcting! Students can play alone, in pairs, or against each other (one who finishes first wins). Printable in black and white or color.
