Here's a nice big bunch of subtraction fun!
Included are 55 subtraction story problem sheets and 22 subtraction cross-offs.
The story problem sheets come in 2 forms (110 total). One form provides the pictures, the second form has a blank box for the kids to draw the pictures. They are designed so that the kids can show subtraction by drawing a picture (or just crossing off the correct number), a number bond, a number line and an equation. I have them write the equation twice because I find that when you give them the subtraction sign and the equal sign, they don't learn them as well.
There are several options for the subtraction cross-offs. The first pages focus on 1 number each, and then there are 4 mixed number sheets. Finally, there are 4 challenge pages for differentiation.
I use the blank pages with stampers. I have the kids (who need a challenge) roll the dice, stamp that many, then roll again and subtract that many. They love using the stampers, but you can just as easily have them draw simple pictures.
Thanks for looking!
