Successful Behavior Report Card

- Word Document File

Description
Great for reviewing classroom behavior at parent conferences, this report card rates 20 positive behaviors derived from observational research and linked to academic achievement. It is also a useful tool for behavior RTI, PBIS programs, special education, school counseling and regular class behavior management, and can be sent home with an academic report card
Part of the "How To Be A Successful Student" collection of products, it is simple to complete ... the teacher simply bubbles in a rating for each behavior indicating how often positive behaviors are observed, from "a little bit" to "always". Using a color/date key, ratings can be color coded for Fall, Winter, and Spring updates to monitor behavior RTI.
The "Got it" stickers, a free separate Student Success Products download, can be used with this report card to indicate mastery of the categories (study skills, communication, social and personal skills). These stickers can be printed in color or in black and white on Avery label #18667. Also, the free "Success Fist Bump" sticker can be used to acknowledge achieving all the successful behaviors.
