Great for conferencing with Spanish speaking parents about classroom behavior, this report card rates 20 positive behaviors derived from observational research and linked to academic achievement. This report card engages students to make progress so can also be a useful tool for behavior RTI, PBIS programs, special education, school counseling and behavior management.
Simple to complete, the teacher bubbles in a rating for each behavior indicating how often positive behaviors are observed. Ratings can be updated periodically to monitor behavior using a color/date key.
The report can be printed one page at a time for a letter size form, or two pages per sheet for a 1/2 page size that can be sent home with academic report card.
This report card was designed to be used with other "How To Be A Successful Student" products such as the poster, desktop strip, bookmark, punchcard, fridge magnet and stickers.
