I created this worksheet for my students to practice sorting words with suffixes. The directions are to underline the base word, circle the suffix, and cut/sort/glue the words in to the appropriate category. Great for identifying words with suffixes that coincides with my spelling program. Can be used for seatwork during reading rotations, morning work, guided practice following a minilesson or homework! I have lots of other suffix sorts available, including a suffix sorting sheets mega pack of 7 sheets, including this one, that contain all of the common learned suffixes -ful, -less, -ness, -able, -er, -est, -ing, -ed, etc. Enjoy!
