This is a lesson from my "Grammar Rocks" series.
This lesson focuses on suffix er and est. Students will learn that you use suffix er to compare 2 and suffix est to compare more than 2. Students will match adjectives to the correct pictures (example: the words big, bigger and biggest are matched to different size houses). Students will then have to decide which adjective means more (comparing 2 with er) or the most (comparing 3 with est). Students will circle answer and move picture to see if they are correct. This is A LOT more fun than just doing a worksheet!!
