Students having trouble understanding the differences between the Suffrage Movement & Abolitionist Movement? Make sure that your students are able to tell the difference between some of the key terms and vocabulary involved in these important topics. This would be a perfect assessment or interactive notebook activity. Students are asked to cut out each clue and decide whether it fits with the term suffrage, slavery, Harriet Tubman, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Sojourner Truth, and abolitionist. They then glue under the correct heading on the included sheet OR paste into a social studies interactive journal.
An answer key is included for easy grading.
