Suicide Prevention and Awareness Sheet

Suicide awareness training should be in the forefront of every school counselor's mind. We are seeing younger and younger children self harming and attempting to take their own lives. This worksheet is a starting point for discussing suicidal warning signs for upper elementary to high school aged children. It is not intended to be the sole source of information for suicidal awareness. It was created as a supplemental activity to go with your existing program.
