Here is a fun way for your students to learn to write a summary to understand important parts of a story. Somebody, who was most important in the story. Wanted, what did the person want in the story. But, what happened good or bad in the story for the climax. So, what happened as a result of the climax. Then, how was the problem solved or what was the resolution.This is great to use during learning stations in your listening center, for any book or movie.This is also helpful when students are answering questions for STAAR.
