This download contains 5 BUMP boards that will help your early elementary students practice a variety of skills including numeral identification, number word identification, adding basic facts, and subtracting basic facts.
Materials needed: Each student will need 10 unifix cube counters. Each pair or students will need a game board and a single die or two dice, depending on the version of the game being played.
BUMP is played like this: Students roll the die or dice and then cover the answer on the game board with one counter. If another student rolls the same answer, they may BUMP the other counter off! If a student rolls the same answer twice, they can stack their counters to "save" their space. Now no one can BUMP them! The first person to use all of their counters is the winner.
