Math talks are a simple way for students to have meaningful student-to-student conversations about math while learning to respect and understand there is more than one way to correctly approach and solve a problem. Students are able to learn from one another and collaborate when thinking about a math problem. Math talks also provide a platform for students to think about their thinking and explain strategies that they have used which help them.
These math talks include summer fun pictures of the beach, watermelon, ice cream, lightning bugs, popsicles and seashells to keep your kids engaged until the end of the year!
- 12 subitizing pictures
