Page 1: Title Page
Page 2: Instructions & Ideas
Pages 3-7: Regular Plurals: Use these cards to introduce vocabulary. Play a matching game (face up) or memory game (face down.)
Pages 8-14: Basic Concepts (Size): This features the same vocabulary words a the regular plurals. You will need a bucket and a small cup. Sort the large pictures from the small pictures. (Large in bucket, small in cup.)
Pages: 15-16: Pronouns (He, She, Him, Her): Cut the vocabulary items. I like to put them in a sensory bin and have the little ones find the items. They can choose either the boy or girl and use the boxes at the bottom of the page to describe the picture. You can also use this activity to target "who," questions. (e.i. "Who has the kite?" "He has the kite.") This activity may also be turned into a receptive language activity targeting "him," and "her." (i.e. "Give the kite to her.")
Pages 17-21 Present Progressive -ing: Can play as a matching game or with provided board game. These cards feature various summer activities & "medal cards" to be played on the "Summer Olympics" board game.
Pages 23-25 Basic Concepts (Spatial):12 pictures featuring target vocabulary. "Where," questions provided for each page.
