Summer Themed Class Notes

- PDF

Description
Create a positive classroom community with these Summer Themed Class Notes for students to write and give to each other. This is a great end of the year activity that will leave your students feeling appreciated, and also experience the joy of making someone else's day by giving them a note.
You can set these notes up in your writing center, or just have them available during free time.
To Prep:
*Print out multiple copies of the note pages
*Print and display a copy of the sentence ideas for students to see.
*The suns can be used to label containers to hold popsicle sticks with student names written on them.
To Use:
*Students will pull a popsicle stick out of the first container and write a note to that person.
*Students may copy one of the sentences that you displayed, or make up their own, then deliver the note to their friend.
*They will place the popsicle stick into the second container. This way all students will receive a note and no one will be left out.
*My second container has a lid with a slot cut out. This way the students don’t accidentally pull a name from this container of students who have already received a note. Once all sticks have been used, I transfer them back to the first container and we start all over again!

Tips for Buyers:
Want a discount on future purchases? Don’t forget to leave feedback!
Just go to your My Purchases page (you may need to login). Beside each purchase you'll see a Provide Feedback button. Simply click it and you will be taken to a page where you can give a quick rating and leave a short comment for the product. Each time you give feedback, TPT gives you feedback credits that you use to lower the cost of your future purchases. I really appreciate your feedback and it helps me determine which products are most valuable for your classroom so I can create more for you.
