A descriptive, step-by-step guide to the practice of the Sun Salutations. Typically used as a warm up exercise in many traditions of Yoga, this Sun Salutation is specifically part of the Hatha Yoga system taught in the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers.
This sequence of 12 postures, meant to be practiced one after another in a continuous flow, invigorates the entire body system, increases body strength and flexibility.
