Hands on activity to help students practice hearing and identifying letter sounds at the beginning of a word.

Studies have shown that students learn the best when they are participating in hands on activities. Giving kids an opportunity to use more than one sense during a learning activity helps create pathways that ensure they are retaining the information.
Students will love matching together the correct pieces of each sun! They must match the correct picture clue with the letter that makes the initial sound. There are picture cards and letter cards for each letter of the alphabet.
