Cut apart cards and use those that address the skills that you are targeting. Add Superhero Game Cards to the pile and lay, face down, on the table. Students take turns drawing cards and responding tothe prompts. For explanations, students should refer to the “Burst” visual supports, organizers, or Transition Word Clouds, as needed.For before/after questions, students should answer in complete sentences, using the words ‘before” or “after” in their response. Student who collects 3 of the same Superhero Game Cards first is the winner.
