Super Sight Words Fall Theme! Reading and Spelling Printables

This is the same file as our Super Sight Words but in a Fall Theme! It’s great for practising reading and writing 18 of the 1st 50 Dolch words. Having the choice of activity pages for each small group of words, makes this the perfect differentiation pack or a set to work on over a week for Literacy Centers or homework.

The pages start easy and get harder. This is shown in the preview.

The words covered in this file are:
I, the, at, on, look, my, he, little, went, in, we, me, and, have, see, here, is, a

The words are in the following groups: ‘Look at my…’, ‘Here is a…’, I see the…’, ‘We have on…’, He went in the…’, Me and the little…’

Page 1 – ‘Jumbled Sentences, Read and Draw’ – a simple sentence to cut up and paste into the right order, then draw a picture to go with it. The little picture in the top right hand corner is there to help students read the noun.

Page 2 – ‘Read, Write, Trace and Color’ - trace the words and practise writing them. Find the words in the picture and color them according to the key.

Page 3 – ‘Missing Words, Cut and Paste’ - four sentences on each page that repeat the sight words. Use the words from the word bank and cross them off as you go. Read each sentence and find the matching picture to cut and paste into the corresponding box. Each noun starts with a different sound so for the children unable to read the words, they should be able to use their sound knowledge to work them out!

Thanks for taking a look,
