My Superhero Sentences Lesson helps your students learn how to build longer, more meaningful sentences both in oral and written language. There are 28 slides that target using conjunctions, adjectives and prepositions to bulk up simple sentence structures.
*Slides 2-9 help your student build sentences with beginning conjunctions.
*Slides 10-17 encourage adding adjectives to finish sentences with conjunctions.
*Slides 18-27 use questions (who, what, when, where, why, how) to spark creative sentence building.
Each slides provides a "starter" sentence from which to build upon!
This lesson was created for digital use, on a teletherapy platform. However, it can easily be used on a laptop, Chromebook or iPad. NO need to PRINT! Simply use dry erase markers right on your digital screen, OR, use these slides as prompts to create larger sentences on your classroom whiteboard or paper. Perfect for the traveling therapist, or for displaying prompts in large groups for RTI. Even BETTER for TIER 1 Writing Interventions in the classroom.
