The download includes the following:
An introduction sheet describing the steps students need to take to create their superhero; a worksheet on dialogue (how does the superhero talk?); a hero/villain worksheet preparing students to write a short story of their own with a protagonist and antagonist; a worksheet on character action (how the superhero acts) using both drawing and writing; a worksheet analyzing heroes and villains (to be completed before they create their own heroes and villains); a page to draw their superhero and the superhero emblem; "The Great Superhero Debate" worksheet where students prepare arguments to conduct an in-class debate on the best superhero; and a nemesis worksheet where students create the superhero's arch rival.
The document is in MS word so that it can be modified based on individual teachers’ needs.
