The end of the school day can be chaotic. But this Supervisor's Checklist is a perfect way to put the responsibility for picking up the classroom on the students. The names on the job chart hanging in my classroom rotate each week. But the most important job is that of the Supervisor. (I have two supervisors work together each week.) The job of the Supervisors is to use the Checklist making sure that each person with a job has done it. Each week I practice with the supervisors how to remind others nicely to do their jobs. With two capable Supervisors each week, I don't have to be the nag. While your classroom jobs may vary from mine, the idea works like a dream.
