Supplementary, Complementary, Vertical, and Adjacent Angles Activity: Scavenger Hunt
Students will use their knowledge of supplementary, complementary, vertical, and adjacent angles to solve for x. A few of the problems require students to write and solve simple equations for an unknown angle (only one x is involved to solve)
Directions to use this activity:
Get your students up and moving! Each student (or pair) will start at one of the papers that are randomly posted around your classroom. They will solve the problem on the bottom of the paper, and look for the answer around the room ON THE TOP of another paper. This is an activity that is engaging with NO prep! Students will know if their answer is right or wrong based on if they can find it around the room. Once the students are back at the paper they start, they are finished.
