This is a jigsaw activity of four Supreme Court Case studies that affect teenagers in particular. This includes an overview of four cases with short analysis questions and a jigsaw / note taking sheet. Students would read their case for homework the night before and then discuss in groups together the next day.
The four cases are:
- Can schools censor student newspapers?
- Can schools search your belongings?
- Can your cell phone testify against you?
- Can schools require drug tests?
