It is recommended pages are printed full size and hung around the room. Students begin at any number and solve the problem on the bottom half of the page. Once they get their answer, they look for their solution hanging somewhere else in the room. This brings them to their next question and serves as a self-check throughout. The last question should send them back to their first stop.
*Side note: my students love scavenger hunts! I often use them as an early finisher or "choice" activity, and leave them hanging up for days at a time.
