This prisms and cylinders flipbook is a great addition to an interactive notebook during a unit for surface area and volume. This flipbook has three flaps: "Vocabulary", "Volume", and "Surface Area". Under the Volume and Surface Area tabs there are two examples each.

There are a two ways this can be copied in order to fit in your classroom: fill-in-the-blank, or completely filled in. Sample pictures and detailed assembling instructions are included. Photos of a filled-in foldable are also included.
