This scavenger hunt contains 12 questions about the surface area or lateral area of prisms and cylinders. There are both rectangular prisms and triangular prisms. The students must be able to use the Pythagorean Theorem to find a side length before they can find the surface area/lateral area of the triangular prism.
Some of the answers are rounded to the nearest tenth. Some of the answers are in terms of pi. Please note, I used the pi key on the calculator to find the answers. Do not just use 3.14.
