Surfin' Into Summer Literacy Centers

I don't know about y'all but I am always looking for activities to keep my kiddos engaged and learning during that last month of school!! I love simple centers that the kiddos can work on independently. These are just that! This download includes 5 summer themed literacy centers in both color and black and white!

-Castle Contractions {students match word pair cards to the matching contraction cards and record answers on recording sheet} **This recording sheet will need to be printed double sided!!**
-Diggin' Up Synonyms {students will match synonyms and record their answers on recording sheet}
-Surfin' with parts of speech {students will sort parts of speech word cards onto sorting mats and record answers on recording sheet}
-Swimmin' with Plural Endings {students will read word cards and decided if the word needs -ies, -es, or -s plural ending and record their answer on recording sheet}
-Sailin' Sentences {students will read sentence cards and add either a question mark, period, or exclamation mark to the sentences and record answers on recording sheet}
