This is a set of 18 survey questions that can be used to support your math instruction. Use these questions to help students organize, represent and interpret data in a meaningful context.
Simply place a question on a presentation board and have each of your students answer the question. Suggestion: Use a cutout (star, smiley face, etc..) so students can record their individual vote/preference. As a class, look at the data to determine the number of data points in each category and in the categories combined. Math vocabulary cards are included to reinforce the mathematical concepts that apply.
