Survey and Graphing
Students love this activity! Build your students' graphing concepts by having them survey their peers, organize their information, graph, and analyze what the information means. By giving them a real purpose to graph, they become engaged in the learning process.
This zip file contains a Powerpoint and Activboard flipchart to choose from to present the lesson and an PDF to print from. Both presentations include the same information. Printable pages for student use, while the teacher displays, models, and interacts with students while completing those pages and directions with lesson guidance through the activity at different stages (Modeling, Practicing, and Independent work).
I hope your students enjoy this activity as much as mine did!
