Students explore principles of SUSTAINABILITY through a review of the company Chipotle and the short, thought provoking, videos they have created. The lesson combines the perfect blend of images, information, and thinking needed to get students involved in practicing sustainability.
A high interest, fun, exploratory experience for students ranging from 6th-12th grade. Use as either an introduction or a review of the concept.
The experience has built in ENL and special education modifications to allow all learners access to the curriculum (developed with a co-teacher). The experience has been tested and implemented with well over 100 students to ensure quality.
Lab station materials provided along with a student worksheet.
