This download includes 3 cherry themed incentive cards designed to help you reward positive behaviors, homework return, center rotation, and more.
There are 3 different styles to choose from.
You can use stamps, decorative hole punches, stickers, initials, etc to monitor the desired behaviors you are tracking. This method truly could not be easier.
HOW TO USE: I print the punch cards on colored paper (a different color for homework tracking than behavior tracking) and place them in our behavior pocket chart.
There are three ways that I record and give out punches.
1. When I notice a behavior I want to reinforce, I tell the child to bring me his/her card and I punch it. The child returns it to his her pocket in our chart.
2. Sometimes, I have a child write his/her name in a designated spot on the whiteboard and then punch his/her card at recess or the end of the day.
3. Other times, I keep track of the names on a list (usually when I'm engaged in small group time like guided reading). I usually say, "Wow! I notice Kaitlyn is using great rigor as she visualizes her story; that's a punch. Nice work!" I then redeem their punches at recess or afterschool.
When the kids fill their cards, I place a fancy sticker on the front and write KUDOS! I send the behavior cards home so they can share them with their families. I save the completed homework cards in my behavior binder.
