Do your students need extra practice with syllable division?
This resource includes fun activities and games to support instruction in syllable division. These games are a great supplement to an Orton-Gillingham program focusing on syllable division (syllablication) patterns.
You can play these individually or you can mix all the cards together and play this way without the game boards. If a student draws a picture card they have to put all words that follow that division pattern back into the draw pile. This is a fun way to mix things up. There is also a specific syllable division sorting game to solidify the different patterns.
Your students will never be bored practicing syllable division strategies again.
