Do your students struggle with reading multi-syllabic words? This collection of games will help students develop fluency in reading words that are two or more syllables. Each of the eight boards in the "4 in a Row Game Bundle" challenges students to apply a different rule of syllabication (see list below). I have included directions for three different versions of the "4 in a Row" game. Once the game rules have been introduced, it's easy to switch game boards each week after a new syllable rule has been taught. This Orton-Gillingham based set is great for Word Work at Literacy Centers and correlates well with my "Spelling Rules and Decoding Strategies Poster Set". http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Spelling-Rules-and-Decoding-Strategies-Orton-Gillingham-Based-Poster-Set-1297068
