This is a game in which the first person reads the first card and the next person listens and reads their card. This continues until it wraps back around to the beginning. This is a great review of several syllable types (open syllable, closed syllable, and vowel consonant e syllables). I often use a timer in my class and challenge the students to see if we can get through the cards even faster. This also helps to review rhyming and synonyms. The set contains 30 cards, so if you have less students, they can each have more than one card.
