Syllable Cut-Up - This activity is a great kinesthetic way for students to practice segmenting words into syllables. There are 15 word cards (5 two-syllable words, 5 three-syllable words, and 5 four-syllable words).
Syllable Sort - The object of this game is for students to sort cards by the number of syllables in each word. There are 4 heading cards and two sets of 24 sorting cards. The sets can be used individually or together.
Syllable Worksheets - There are two worksheets, each worksheet has two variations. Students identify the syllables in words by slashing or scooping (This version is consistent with the routines for students who have been taught using Fundations). Each worksheet contains a unique list of words. The words have 2-4 syllables each.
