NO-PREP LESSON!! PowerPoint, practice worksheet, exit ticket, check for understanding questions, visuals, examples, and a video link!! I am confident that you will find this a valuable resource!
This zip file has everything you need for a lesson on the three types of symbiotic relationships!
Students learn the definition of symbiosis and then focus on being able to differentiate between mutualism, commensalism, and parasitism. Multiple examples of given for each type. A video clip on a parasitic relationship between a crustacean and a fish is included (it's a little gross but my students loved it and talked about it the entire year). Check for understanding questions are at the end of the presentation as well as a practice worksheet and a 5-question exit ticket.
