Students read each animal relationship and decide whether they represent examples of mutualism, commensalism, or parsaitism. Students draw either a smiley face, a straight mouth face, or a frowny face to show whether each animal benefits, is neither helped nor harmed, or is harmed by the relationship. Then they record the type of symbiosis.
