Hello friends! Thank you for checking out 2 of my math centers!
The center is designed to help students identify symmetrical and non-symmetrical shapes/objects. Students lay out the two mats and draw a card. Decide which mat the object goes on. Repeat. A recording page is included for accountability!
The second activity is for practicing building symmetrical designs. Place workmats in a container/folder with pattern blocks. Students build a design that is symmetrical on both sides of the dotted line on the workmat. They trace their designs and then color to match the blocks.
*PLEASE NOTE: These centers can be found bundled in my Geometry Math Centers
