This activity helps to reinforce the word "the, see, on, in, drink, and red" as sight words. This is done by comparing the word "the, see, on, in, and drink" to a variety of nonsense words. This is structured to help the student begin to discriminate this word from other words they might encounter. An IEP goal in sight word reading easily fit in the scope of this activity. This activity can take about 30 minutes.
