In may classroom, I have 10-15 set aside everyday to have my students work on specific skills.
Monday: Reflections and Goal Setting
Tuesday: Team Building Activities (See ideas at my store for this.)
Wednesday: Organizational type activities
Thursday: Reflections and Goal Setting
Friday: Synetics - a problem solving approach to teach creativity (See product at my store for this.)
This product can be used for any grade, and even adults. For younger students, you would reflect together and discuss as a class. You would model how to reflect and set goals until they could be able to do it independently. For intermediate grades and adults, you would not need to have as much modeling and guided practice. You would focus more on the independent work and the discussions afterwards.
