Description
This is a partner game designed to help students become familiar with using a thesaurus to find synonyms for overused words. Students also gain additional vocabulary skills by learning new synonyms for common words.
Students earn points for thinking of synonyms on their own, but also have an opportunity to find extra words for additional points in a thesaurus.
The game includes a 2-sided recording sheet, 32 word cards (in color and black-and-white) and an instruction sheet for teachers and students.
