Review or let students practice identifying synonyms and antonyms with this fun Smartboard interactive baseball game. Students click on a baseball and give the correct synonym or antonym for the word provided. Then they roll an interactive die to see what move is made. Players move around board and there is even an interactive scoreboard. The last slide I provided a quick reference key to print that match up synonyms and antonyms used.
I have included two slides for each: synonyms and antonyms. Synonym 1 slide and Antonym 1 slide are easier than Synonym 2 and Antonym 2 slides. This can be used as differentiated instruction or the game can be played at different times of the year (first learning the skill than later on with other slides as a review). Also this game can be played with just the Synonym slides or just with the Antonym slides. There are ove 30 plus synonyms and antonyms on each of the 4 slides (plenty for practice). Students love this game and my class played it many times throughout the year (even as a filler activity).
