Print off pages one and two for students and cut them down the middle to save paper. I would recommend students to re-write each equation in slope-intercept form so that they can more easily match the graphs and equations. Then have students cut and paste the correct equations next to the correct graphs and then determine which number of solutions and correct terminology match each graph and cut and paste them accordingly.
Page three is for differentiating instruction. When differentiating instruction, I give my students who are struggling, equations that are already written in slope intercept form (page three left half). I require my more advanced students to fill in the boxes with the number of solutions and correct terminology on their own (page three right half).
