Product Description

This is a double-sided page with 2 examples on the front for notes/instruction and then the rest provides the student with practice over Graphing Systems of Linear Inequalities. There are 6 practice questions total.

Since graphing systems of inequalities is a difficult skill for most students, I have scaffolded the problems so that some of the work is done for them. For example, on questions 1 & 2, the lines are drawn in but they have to figure out where to shade. On questions 3 & 4, one line with it's shading is correctly graphed - they have to graph the other inequality. Finally, on questions 5 & 6, they correctly graph both inequalities.

All inequalities are written in either slope-intercept or standard form. In addition, as the student graphs each system, they choose a point that is a solution to the system, collect these multiple choice letters and spell a math word at the bottom of the last page. This makes it more fun but still a bit challenging as they will only find 6 of the letters to the 10-letter math word. 4 pages. Key included.
