One example to work together as a class and one handout per student for original work - then there are 18 different problems for students to work individually!
Using a different colored pencil for each inequality makes a huge difference! Every time I have used this activity and colored pencils, students that had trouble understanding feasible regions has figured it out - After completing the class example, each student gets a new blank sheet and then selects one cut strip - though the inequalities are similar, there are actually 18 different ones. This way students can work together and help check each other's work without being able to copy. I have found that this forces them to be more aware of which way to shade as well as checking their selected points to determine which of their given inequalities have it in their solution regions.
I will upload a key to the class example as a demonstration soon!
